TECHNICAL SOLUTION APPROACH
A) In today's technological landscape, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and neural networks is of central importance, as these are the prerequisite for the modern removal of organizational barriers and interfaces.
- Digital EAS-KI agents® are used to perform various tasks (e.g., project agent, purchasing agent, quality agent, duplicate agent, and many more).
- The agents are designed to work efficiently and precisely in order to achieve the desired results.
- The EAS-KI-Agents® communicate independently and continuously with each other in the EAS Neural Network®.

B) The following tasks must be implemented in the neural network:
- Presentation/comparisons of various past situations and developments over time
- Plan/actual comparisons
- Maturity level (e.g., 53% status of data maintenance, expected actual price vs. contract price or target price, etc.)
- Precise simulations for forecasts, scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and stress tests of changes in factors influencing the product (such as currency developments, changes in raw material prices, inflation surcharges, etc.)
By using advanced algorithms and machine learning technologies, EAS solutions can identify and predict complex relationships in order to optimally plan and control your company, business areas, products, projects, assemblies, and parts. EAS thus creates the basis for informed decisions based on objective real-time data of the current status. Overall, the vision of AI agents that act cooperatively and intelligently to accomplish complex tasks reveals unimagined and immeasurable potential. The symbiosis of AI, neural networks, and big data analytics is unique to EAS solutions.
A neural network is a model based on the human brain. It consists of layers of neurons that are connected to each other. These layers process information and learn from the data provided. Mathematical operations and learning algorithms enable the network to recognize and understand complex patterns and relationships in the data. Similar to ants in a colony, AI agents must communicate with each other efficiently. This can be done via digital signals, message passing, or other mechanisms. Transparent information transfer between agents is crucial to optimizing the overall performance of the system.
C) EAS AI AGENTS® communicate independently and continuously with each other in the learning EAS NEURAL NETWORK®:
- various states from the past and development over time
- Plan/actual comparisons
- Maturity level indicator (e.g., 53% data maintenance status, expected actual price is currently 3.7% above target price, etc.)
- Precise simulations for forecasts, scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and stress tests of changes in factors influencing the product (such as currency developments and changes in raw material prices)
By using advanced algorithms and machine learning technologies, EAS solutions can recognize and predict complex relationships in order to optimally plan and control your projects and products. This, in turn, is a prerequisite for making informed decisions based on objective actual data. Overall, the vision of AI agents that act cooperatively and intelligently to accomplish complex tasks shows great potential.
USER INTERFACE AND DASHBOARD
The dashboard offers two levels of analysis:
- business level :
At the business level, the dashboard enables a comprehensive assessment of the entire company situation by consolidating and aggregating all relevant data from various individual parts, assemblies, products per business area, segment, and business unit. Organizational units that are not functioning optimally or adequately can be specifically identified. Here, the software enables visualization of all conceivable levels of the company.
- process level :
At the process level, the EAS Cockpit software enables detailed analysis down to the individual process level and is also able to identify procedural deficiencies. Both analysis perspectives enable top management to quickly identify weaknesses and eliminate them in a targeted manner.

EAS SOFTWARE AND DASHBOARD DEVELOPMENT
Manufacturers are increasingly faced with the need to secure profit margins for their own product ranges. Various analyses clearly show that the materials and preliminary products intended for use in (new) products are subject to unforeseeable influences and thus risks, which often affect the economic outcome of the product even before it goes into series production.
EAS considers the company's product and service range and portfolio to be its most fundamental corporate variable and therefore focuses exclusively on this perspective.

The economic crises and periods of extreme slowdown (2009, 2012, 2019, and 2020) have placed an existential strain on the corporate landscape at ever shorter intervals. Many product portfolios are no longer economically viable across the board and therefore no longer secure the existence of the company. .
DEFICIENCIES OF CURRENT MARKET SOLUTIONS
Lack of product/project relevance Individual components
Existing solutions map the individual component level; there is no reference to the product.
Only isolated solutions for individual process steps (e.g., purchasing)
The software used only offers solutions for individual process steps in the multi-stage project purchasing process, which makes comprehensive digitization and rapid responses in critical phases difficult.
Data leaves the company
Highly sensitive purchase data must be transferred by the user to partially cloud-based servers (China) to the service providers.
